Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Bespoke or custom orders may take longer to allow for for manufacturing time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We do not ship to P.O boxes or docounter deliveries
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Ralph Walton Design is not liable for any products damaged or loss during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside South Africa
You are however welcome to organize a collection from your side from our studio. .
Its really Important to us that you are thrilled with you pieces. If you receive your piece and are not entirely satisfied, please contact us so we can address any problems or offer you a credit.
The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
All our products are returnable, excluding:

Products returned must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.
Bespoke or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
